If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.
SMS Consent Disclosure: By submitting your phone number through any form on this website, calling our business, or otherwise providing your phone number to Elevated Pixels Media Co, you expressly consent to receive SMS text messages from us, including appointment reminders, booking confirmations, follow-up messages, and promotional offers related to our services.
The following terms apply to all SMS communications from Elevated Pixels Media Co:
By providing your phone number, you confirm you are the account holder or have permission to receive SMS at that number.
Elevated Pixels Media Co provides professional photography, videography, drone/aerial photography, corporate headshots, brand photography, event coverage, and related media services to real estate agents, businesses, and corporate clients in the Mid-Ohio Valley and surrounding areas. Service descriptions, packages, and pricing are subject to change without notice. All final pricing and scope will be confirmed in writing prior to any shoot.
Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of a signed agreement and/or deposit as specified in your quote. Deposits are non-refundable unless Elevated Pixels Media Co cancels the booking. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before a scheduled shoot may be subject to a cancellation fee. We reserve the right to reschedule shoots due to severe weather or circumstances outside our control at no charge to the client. Full payment is due upon delivery of final files unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Elevated Pixels Media Co retains copyright ownership of all photos and videos produced. Upon full payment, clients receive a non-exclusive license to use delivered images and videos for the purposes stated at booking (e.g., MLS listings, social media, marketing materials). Elevated Pixels Media Co reserves the right to use any photos or videos produced for portfolio, marketing, and promotional purposes unless the client requests otherwise in writing prior to the shoot. Images may not be resold, sublicensed, or transferred to third parties without prior written consent.
Standard delivery for real estate photography is same day or next morning. Video walkthroughs are delivered within 24 hours. Commercial and brand photography is delivered within 3-5 business days. Rush delivery may be available for an additional fee. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on shoot complexity and volume.
Elevated Pixels Media Co shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability to any client shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not responsible for damages resulting from delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including weather, equipment failure, or technical issues.
We collect personal information including name, email address, phone number, and property or business information solely for the purpose of providing our services, communicating about bookings, and sending relevant marketing communications with your consent. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their marketing purposes. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved in the courts of Washington County, Ohio.
We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
